PICO: Congregations Rebuilding Community in Rwanda (CRCR)

The goal of this project is to increase local community organizing activities in the isolated Mumeya region of Rwanda.  Specifically, this grant will help provide the salary for a lead organizer in this region, who will coordinate all local training and community empowerment activities.
